Hinomoto Remanufacturing Specifications
Each one of our Hinomoto compact Japanese tractors is completely dismantled by our team of skilled, experienced mechanics and thoroughly checked. Remanufacturing specifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
- New pistons, cylinders, rings and bearings if necessary.
- New head gasket.
- New or rebuilt pumps, new air filter, new fuel filter and new oil filters.
- Cylinder head has been reconditioned.
- Clutch and throw-out bearing are new or reconditioned.
- Transmission is tested and repaired as needed and is in good working condition.
- Hydraulic filter is new, or if metal has been cleaned.
- Electrical system is working and the charging system is putting out the required voltage to charge the battery.
- New battery.
- Belts and hoses are at 95% of new condition or replaced.
- Tires are new or used and without significant cracks or wear.
- Tractor seat is new or re-covered.
- Paint and decals are new.
Hinomoto History
The Hinomoto company of Japan is a division of Hitachi Construction Machinery which was formerly named Toyosha Company and has a long and solid history of tractor manufacturing in that country. Hinomoto is a long-time manufacturer of drivetrains for the American tractor company Massey Ferguson. The Hinomoto company is expert at manufacturing strong, reliable, comfortable tractors that are a fantastic value when compared to the competition.
