Hinomoto Remanufacturing Specifications

Each one of our Hinomoto compact Japanese tractors is completely dismantled by our team of skilled, experienced mechanics and thoroughly checked. Remanufacturing specifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. New pistons, cylinders, rings and bearings if necessary.
2. New head gasket.
3. New or rebuilt pumps, new air filter, new fuel filter and new oil filters.
4. Cylinder head has been reconditioned.
5. Clutch and throw-out bearing are new or reconditioned.
6. Transmission is tested and repaired as needed and is in good working condition.
7. Hydraulic filter is new, or if metal has been cleaned.
8. Electrical system is working and the charging system is putting out the required voltage to charge the battery.
9. New battery.
10. Belts and hoses are at 95% of new condition or replaced.
11. Tires are new or used and without significant cracks or wear.
12. Tractor seat is new or re-covered.
13. Paint and decals are new.

Hinomoto History

The Hinomoto company of Japan is a division of Hitachi Construction Machinery which was formerly named Toyosha Company and has a long and solid history of tractor manufacturing in that country. Hinomoto is a long-time manufacturer of drivetrains for the American tractor company Massey Ferguson. The Hinomoto company is expert at manufacturing strong, reliable, comfortable tractors that are a fantastic value when compared to the competition.

Histroy

1863	The founder, Mr.Denzou Tanoue produced the agricultural animal drawn plow, named "Naga-Toko-Suki" in Kumamoto Prefecture
1928	Company was named "TOYOSHA" and the main products, plows were named "HINOMOTO-GO".
1947	Two stage-bottom plow was invented , and awarded a gold medal for its efficient cultivating performance at the agricultural machinery exhibition.
1959	Released a new compact tractor based on a new concept, which won an invention award from the Science and Technology Agency of the Prime Minister's Office.
1962	"Four-wheeled small tractor" passed the Governmental homologation for the first time in Japan.
1966	The agricultural engine section of "Aichi Machinery" was taken over and started own engine and power-train production.
1971	Developed mini excavator named "HINOMOTO COMBACK" and started construction machinery business.
1974	Established the Shiga factory.
1989	Started production of the EX60WD which was designed by Hitachi Construction Machinery.
1990	TOYOSHA was taken over by Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.(HCM) Started production of the EX60 series.
1991	Started production of mini excavators
1992	Started production of mini excavators
1995	Released combine harvester for the domestic market.
1996	The production of construction machinery exceeded 30,000 units in total. Released rice planting machines for the domestic market.
1997	Acquired ISO9002 certification for quality management system. Renamed from "TOYOSHA" to "Hitachi Construction Machinery TIERRA". Started the production of rear short radius mini excavators.
1999	The production of construction machinery exceeded 50,000 units in total.
2000	Merged the R & D division of HCM with TIERRA. Acquired ISO9001 certification for quality management system.
2001	Awarded JIT (Just In Time) prize The production of construction machinery exceeded 70,000 units in total.
2002	Awarded JIT prize plus for excellence. Acquired ISO14001 certification for environmental management system. Launched TZ series tractors for the domestic market.
2003	Launched ML-20 Mini Loaders for the domestic market. Acquired ISO9001(2000) certification for quality management system.
2004	The production of construction machinery exceeded 80,000 units in total. Started production of the ZX-U2 series. Launched ML-30 Mini Loaders for the domestic market.
2006	The production of construction machinery exceeded 100,000 units in total.
