Iseki History

Iseki Remanufacturing Specifications

Each one of our Iseki compact Japanese tractors is completely dismantled by our team of skilled, experienced mechanics and thoroughly checked. Remanufacturing specifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. New pistons, cylinders, rings and bearings if necessary.
  2. New head gasket.
  3. New or rebuilt pumps, new air filter, new fuel filter and new oil filters.
  4. Cylinder head has been reconditioned.
  5. Clutch and throw-out bearing are new or reconditioned.
  6. Transmission is tested and repaired as needed and is in good working condition.
  7. Hydraulic filter is new, or if metal has been cleaned.
  8. Electrical system is working and the charging system is putting out the required voltage to charge the battery.
  9. New battery.
  10. Belts and hoses are at 95% of new condition or replaced.
  11. Tires are new or used and without significant cracks or wear.
  12. Tractor seat is new or re-covered.
  13. Paint and decals are new.

Iseki History

The Iseki brand has a long and impressive history. Iseki has been a leader in the overseas agricultural market for over 70 years and has over $1Billion in sales. Iseki was founded in 1927 with the introduction of their first rice miller. In 1991 they started producing parts for Massey Ferguson. In 1993 Iseki began exporting whole tractors to the Massey Ferguson tractor company as well as began a joint venture with Perkins designing the "D series" engine. Iseki has now branched off into harvesters, mowers, and is also now manufacturing the Caterpillar line of Challenger compact tractors.
